Brooks did a great job. I appreciated that he went above and beyond to get to know me. All the people were very friendly. Hiday has some very quality people working for them. Brooks stayed after hours to get us the help we needed even though we showed up about 20 mins to close. It was an old school small town experience that was refreshing to experience in today’s world. It is comforting to know there are still good people in the world like Brooks LeFever and the crew at Hiday.
I've been a faithful customer for 17 years and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. The Service Department has been great and I love being able to drop my car off for service and then they drop me off at work. When I leave work at the end of the day, there's my car. It's great. I've been told they would pick my car up from work but I've got the routine down now.
The service manager Barry and all the guys in the service department are very good. They help fix a slight Miss in my family van that was very tricky to track down. They did not throw Parts at it but instead took the time to diagnose it properly and relearn a sensor. I appreciate your honesty and tenacity in fixing the problem
