A lot of older homes but there moving in a lot of newer ones
Rude people running the park. They don't care about you one bit.
Outdated old mobile homes for sale,and New mobile homes for sale, move in with days simply fill out a application for residence and loan paperwork, stop in at the office, if their away or after hours. I lived there for 10 years. Was a great Experience. It was owned by state representative Jeff espich at that time. Has changed owners 3 times since then. But the Most recent and current owners are renovating landscaping and bringing a new Mobile homes in and bringing positive updates and positive new Residents. Check them out. :-)
The landlord is great and maintenance is great too. Some people who live here are not the best but that's anywhere you go.
