Clean, pretty much brand new everyrhing in the room. Renovations going on outside but nothing disturbing. Train is close but not too loud.
We had a nice overnight stay for our family reunion at the state park. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that didn't disturb our stay. The staff was very nice, the rooms were nice and clean, and the shower was great.
I stayed at the location in Bluffton, Indiana. I would almost go back just to see those people again! Our family had absolutely the best service we've ever had, all the workers felt like friends by the time we left. I want to specifically shout out Sandra, she is full of joy and it spreads to the guests that get to meet her. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
Very pleasant experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Special Thank Yous to Sandra, Linda, and Justin...you guys became like family. The owner came out and talked to us as friends not patrons. Rooms were nice and price was reasonable...would recommend to anyone..
