Love the Bluffton, Indiana Lowe's. Employees are friendly and helpful. Today I got some good sales on some perennials.
Went to Bluffton Lowes to buy paint and a few other items. Stood at the paint counter for at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Finally the girl at the service desk asked if we had been helped and said she would call someone. We then started a stopwatch on our phone. Waited 5 more minutes while multiple employees walked past us. Then a cashier told us the paint dept employee was outside. We then finally walked out and no one even attempted to stop us. I guess we will drive to Fort Wayne for Menards or Home Depot since Lowes apparently no longer wants our money. By the way, we are currently renovating our entire house and would have spent a lot of money there.
Always a pleasure to shop at Lowe's. All employees are nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Great products and great prices. Love Lowe's!
