Went there for breakfast to go inside order. They took order just fine and saw my 2 sandwiches made and setting for someone to give them to me. Stood there for5 minutes the manager was there walked past me and started talking to a friend, waited a few more minutes andjust left.

I can not say I loved this visit but normally I do. Today I had some new RUDE employees to deal with. However normally the employees are very polite, take time to get to know their customers and quickly and efficiently complete their jobs.
Bluffton McDonald's is very poor. Customer service is awful they need to install a 3rd window so you can ask for the rest of your food or get your order right. And it don't matter what time of day you go same result. They are rude you wait for a long time in drive thru. I always ask for my receipt and never pull away until I check my bag 8/10 times I have to pull over go in ask for the rest of my food. What's the point of having the convience of a drive thru if you have to go in also. I try to go every where but here but my kids like the chicken nuggets so I take them maybe once every couple months. Only on a day that I am not already stressed because dealing with them will put your stress thru the roof. Also there ice cream machine is always broken being cleaned or out of order.
